Inventory Compilation
We will undertake a concise and detailed inventory of a
property prior to the start of a new tenancy. An inventory will provide
a schedule
of condition for the interior of the property and its contents, including
walls, ceilings, doors, windows, curtains, blinds, carpets, light switches,
appliances and furniture.

We will provide a report regarding the general condition of the property
and gardens, and how it is being kept. We will also detail any signs
of leaks, and damage or repairs for the attention of the landlord and
changes to decoration (in relation to the Inventory).
These visits can be helpful to Landlords and Agents in monitoring the
ongoing condition of the property and in deciding whether to offer an
extension of a tenancy.
Check-out
We provide a report detailing variations on schedule of condition, contents
and cleanliness of the property (in relation to the check-in inventory).
